Add to Cart
  • After choosing the product in the Shop section, select the desired quantity and click on "Add to cart".
  • From here you can start ordering by clicking on "Buy Now" or go back to shop to add other products to your cart.
Login
  • Are you already registered? Simply enter the email address and password you have chosen at the time of registration and click on "Login".
  • Select the Shipping method
  • Select the Payment method
  • Proceed to the purchase clicking on "Buy Now"
Secure payment
  • You can choose to pay in full security with major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard or by bank transfer. You can also use the PayPal account or pay on COD (Cash On Delivery, when provided).
  • At the same stage you can enter the code of your coupon / voucher. Click on "Save" to take advantage of your discount.
  • Select your chosen payment method and click on "Buy Now"
Order Summary
  • At this point, if the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation of the order and instructions to check the state of your parcel at any time.
Receiving Emails
  • If the purchase is successful you will receive a CONFIRMED ORDER email.
  • When your parcel will be shipped from our warehouse you will receive a CONFIRMED SHIPPING email.

On Diotallevi Tartufi you have different payment methods available:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Paypal
  • On Delivery, by COD (Cash On Delivery, only for deliveries in Italy and where applicable)

Log in to your Diotallevi Tartufi account, enter in "My Orders" section and click on the details of your order to check the delivery status of your parcel.

Follow the Shipment by Email: As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive a CONFIRMATION SHIPMENT email where you will find the shipping number (if available) usable to check the delivery status of your parcel online.

To make a return request, you can send an email  to info@diotallevitartufi.com by specifying the order and the items.
After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed to the replacement of the items you submit. In any case, replacement will take place after a few days of confirmation of your return
